Self-guided program — a clear plan with video lessons, but no personal feedback.
Personal training — real-time contact, feedback, technique correction, motivation and a fully personalized approach.

What if I have an unstable schedule or travel a lot?

All my formats are flexible.
You can train online, get meal plans with swap options, and learn how to choose food at restaurants or on the go.
I’ll take your schedule into account when creating recommendations.
